We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information. Please note that all bike sales are considered final. If you have questions about our store policies, please contact a member of our staff.
SHIPPING CHARGES (Continental U.S.)
Three shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:
Standard: $5.00 (5 to 8 business days)
Premium: $10.00 (3 to 5 business days)
Express: $20.00 (2 to 3 business days)
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
Most orders will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. Merchandise returned that appears used is not returnable. All bike sales are considered final and non-refundable.
