This is a pretty good bike if this is your first road bike & for me it is. I have ridden some of the more expensive & luxurious bikes, like Bianchi's, Treks, Cannondale's, LOOK, & GianT. And of course a bike that is over $2000 bucks is going to be better all around including parts etc... BUT....Don't be so quick to discard this lil fella, It certainly holds it's own against some of the more expensive brands. Even when I finally get the chance to upgrade, I will without a doubt hold on to this bike. And it's a very good looking bike.
