The Diamond D2 is the ultimate combination of simplicity and performance for the aggressive rider. With the same precision-designed chassis and 35mm stanchions as the D1 model, the Diamond D2 is a 140mm to 170mm aggressive trail weapon with condensed features. Four clicks of low-speed compression give quick access to firming up the fork for pedaling, opening up for descending, and mid-settings for everything in between. Externally adjustable rebound keeps for fork ready for what’s next. The internal 3-position OTT “Off The Top” adjusts the initial stroke. Our D2 product line is aimed at the “set it and forget it” rider. D2 offers all the buttery smooth ride characteristics unique to DVO but in a condensed feature package. - 3 position low-speed compression, rebound, internal 3 positions Off The Top (negative coil spring) adjustment, air spring - 140,150, 160, and 170mm travel options using internal spacers. Set to 170mm travel out of the box - 1-piece magnesium cast lower legs with fender mount with 35mm 7000 series aluminum upper tubes - 15x110mm thru-axle dropouts, 74mm post-mount disc brake only - Axle-to-crown 565mm
Diamond For The Rough. In a time where standards are being reinvented every day, it's important to look through the clutter to find clarity. Find out what's actually here to stay and make an impact. We start with a simple question: What's going to improve the product and rider? The new Diamond has a host of features to cater to the aggressive rider who demands more. We gave the fork a top to bottom chassis overhaul with 10mm wider BOOST spacing that amplifies steering precision and control in the moments of "ultimate shred". We also increased the tire clearance, allowing you to utilize a bigger tire and still have clearance for mud. Six clicks of low-speed compression give quick access to firming up the fork for pedaling, opening up for descending, and mid settings for everything in between. Over thirty clicks of High-Speed Compression give precise control for support on big hits. Shim stack controlled rebound that is 100% dynamic which means the rebound is controlled based on the speed at which oil flows through the system. The fork will react to what you throw at it and be ready for what's next. Our industry-exclusive OTT feature really sets DVO products apart from anything else. It allows you to perfectly fine-tune how the initial stroke feels without any mid/end stroke compromise. You really get the best of both worlds. Combining the stiff chassis characteristics with our exclusive features and damping design gives our forks a unique ride feel unlike anything else on the market. - D1 Damper - Compression Bladder - OTT Off the Top Adjuster - Shim Stack Controlled Damping
Ready For Rowdy The little brother to the Onyx DC, this is the Onyx SC D1. At 180mm of travel, this is our top-of-the-line enduro race fork. Experience incredible steering precision, small bump sensitivity, and absolute control with the new Onyx 38. A unique E-Designed chassis, wider-than-ever stance, and burly 38mm stanchions launch the Onyx into a new era of MTB Suspension. All new demands require all new thinking. The Onyx D1 38 sets a new standard in E-Designed suspension. What does it mean to be specifically E-Designed? For years, the market has taken “acoustic” suspension and made after-thought upgrades in order to make it “E-Bike Approved”. Bumping up compression damping, using a slightly thicker crown, or just saying “Add 10 PSI” isn’t doing it right. E-Specific design means we thought about these needs from day one. How can we make a fork flex equally as one unit? How can we achieve unreal steering precision without the harshness or deflection? How can we control the fore and aft flex issues the added weight of an e-bike puts on a fork? Questions like these were the foundation, the bones of this concept. After years of engineering, different thinking, and countless hours testing, we nailed it. The final result wasn’t only a fork that met all the requirements and needs of a modern, aggressive E-bike, but it directly translated to a regular bike. NOT ONLY IS THIS THE PINNACLE OF E-BIKE SUSPENSION, IT’S THE NEW STANDARD FOR SUSPENSION. - Burly fork designed for the rigors of E-Bike use, providing steering precision without harshness or deflection - OTT (Off The Top) is an adjustable coil negative spring that allows the rider to dial in initial compliance without affecting the mid and end stroke - The D1 damper features updated high-flow compression and rebound porting to allow a linear suspension dynamic. This initial damping support without any high-speed harshness paired with a 30% increased volume in the Compression Bladder System results in increased small bump sensitivity and damping consistency - High flow linear rebound update increases response without a loss of control or damping - A purpose-built crown increases drop for extra down tube clearance and features a dual hollow bore design with strategically varied wall-thickness for improved stiffness and strength
Service your suspension fork with Enduro Seal KIts. - Custom made for each make and model of fork

THE HARD CHARGING DO IT ALL TRAIL FORK Smoother, lighter, more tunable, and more capable than ever before; when it comes to a do-it-all trail fork the 34 is in a class of its own. - LOWER LEG BYPASS CHANNELS As a fork compresses, the air volume within the lower legs decreases, increasing air pressure. The more the fork compresses, the more pressure increases. This effect can have the unintended consequence of preventing full travel from being achieved. Our lower leg channels help alleviate this issue by dramatically increasing air volume within the lower legs and thereby reducing the amount of additional unintended pressure ramping. - LOWER LEG ARCH Stiffness-to-weight is the ultimate metric for bicycle design. Engineers invest countless hours poring over every ounce of material in an effort to optimize this critical ratio. The all-new 34 pulls out all the stops, shaving every possible gram while making sure not to compromise the stiffness or strength requirements of modern trail riding. - GRIP2 Our GRIP2 damper is the benchmark for unparalleled ride quality and ultra-precise adjustability. GRIP2 includes our patented Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology which allows for external fine-tuning of suspension performance. GRIP2 achieves with the twist of a knob what typically requires the time consuming and complicated task of completely disassembling and reassembling the fork. -FLOAT EVOL Returning with the same legendary suppleness and longevity, the EVOL air spring in 34’s now has an enlarged negative air spring to assist with mid-stroke support. - Performance-Elite series with black anodized stanchions - Step Cast (SC) legs with narrow stance and stepped design to saves weight, decrease frontal area, and provide clearance for the spokes and brake rotor - FIT4 damper with 3-position damper control - 160mm to 203mm rotor compatible post mount - Lightweight Kabolt thru-axle - Tapered threadless steerer
